1. What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, optional business name, phone, and address), your listings and store content, reviews, wishlist items, analytics events (page views, clicks, wishlist adds — de-duplicated per day), and payment records for paid features (processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers).

2. How we use it

To operate the marketplace, authenticate you, prevent abuse, surface relevant listings, provide seller analytics, and process paid features. We do not store buyer–seller messages; contact happens by email after you sign in.

3. Aggregated & anonymised data

We may aggregate and anonymise usage data — such as search trends, popular cards, and wishlist demand — and sell, license, or share that aggregated data with third parties. Aggregated data cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual user or seller.

4. Sharing

Your public storefront, listings, badges, and reviews are visible to everyone. A seller's contact email is revealed to a buyer only after the buyer signs in and passes a bot check. We share data with processors (email delivery, Stripe) only as needed to run the service.

5. Advertising (Google AdSense)

PokéLinkershows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners, as third-party vendors, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and to other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on that browsing history. We do not share your account details, listings, or email address with advertisers.

6. Cookies & third parties

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your theme. Third-party services we rely on may set their own cookies under their own policies: Google AdSense (advertising), Google Analytics (traffic measurement), Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection). 7. How to opt out

You can opt out of personalised advertising from Google at Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of many third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices (US) or www.youronlinechoices.eu (EU/UK). If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.

To stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.

8. Your choices

You can edit or delete your profile and listings, and request account deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
